Public Services Plaza Opens

Phase One of the refurbished civic offices have opened. Doubling the capacity has enabled Hampshire to sell two other buildings and for Havant to get income from renting out space - all meaning it has cost council taxpayers nothing!
Also in the building are charity and other groups to provide many services for residents under one roof..
And by the way - the name was chosen by residents in a ballot.
